Installation
- Click here to download IT-SideKick toolbar version 1.6.0.0 (All Editions)...
- Unzip and run Setup.exe and follow the installation wizard instructions

Detailed Installation Guide
Installation Requirements |
- Windows machine
- OS: WinXP, Win2K (other OS versions may work too but have not been tested)
- Browser: IE 5.5 or later
- Microsoft dotNet framework version 1.1. You are likely to already have it installed on your machine.

Trial Period |
- Your 14 day trial period begins when you activate the software. We would suggest that you install and activate a product only when you have time to fully evaluate it.

Download the software and save it into one of your folders

Installation |
- Unzip the downloaded file and run Setup.exe
- Follow instructions in the installation wizard
- Close all internet browsers
- Start internet explorer
If the IT-SideKick toolbar is not visible
- Check browser menu item View | Toolbars | SideKick
- Uncheck browser menu item View | Toolbars | Lock the toolbars
- In your browser internet options, advanced tab, check Enable third-party browser extensions
- Repeat these steps if necessary

Activation |
To Activate Retail (purchased) Product
- Look up the product serial number in the About dialog
- On the Lironco site open the product registration form
- Fill out the form using the serial number and your purchase order information
- Submit the form
- The reply page will display on-line your registration key. In addition you will receive an email with this information
- Enter the registration key into the product registration dialog
To Activate Evaluation Product
- None required - done automatically during installation

Notes |
- If you are just reinstalling a retail (purchased) product (not an evaluation version) on its original target machine (that has previously been licensed), you should not need to register it again
